An estate manager is the single point of responsibility for a property: the one who walks the house when you’re away, opens and closes it with the seasons, and coordinates every trade that touches it — so problems get found before they get expensive.
Master Team Estate Management grew out of a decade of Master Team Construction working inside East End homes. We know how these houses are built, because we build them.
Where we are, honestly
This division is new. We’re taking on our first properties now, which means a small roster, senior attention on every house, and direct access to the people doing the work. If you want a caretaker with a decade of references, that’s Master Team Construction — and it’s the same team.
